The Rio Grande parking garage project is on schedule and in budget.
The garage is scheduled to open in 2009 with 453 new parking spaces. Austin Community College is striving for a two star green rating from the city of Austin, and should be able to achieve it when the garage opens.
The 12th St. ACC bookstore will occupy the ground floor of the new facility along with other ACC offices.
